Contest Rules:

-The Organizer is Isa Duzgeren.

-The Participant is anyone who actively enters the contest. By entering the contest all participants are automatically bound to these rules.  

-By entering this giveaway, the participant, and if the participant is a minor, their parent or legal guardian, understand and unconditionally agree to comply and abide to all rules and regulations stated below and respect all decisions made by the organizer and hold the organizer, his brokerage, and all affiliates, partners, vendors, not liable for any damages or losses incurred by entering said contest.

-No purchase is necessary. 

-This planned Contest schedule will run from October 14, 2022 (12am) until October 30, 2022 (11:59:59pm). Winners will be announced on October 31, 2022. If the organizers are unable to draw names on October 31, 2022, a new date and time will be scheduled and announced on the organizers instagram and/or facebook page (@isaduzhomes).

-This contest is open to Canadian residents who live in Ontario and are over the age of 18 or are accompanied by an adult who is a parent or a legal guardian.

-Winners must be available to be contacted by the organizers within 3 days of being announced as a winner. If arrangements to pick-up the item are not made within 3 days of the announcement, the winners will forfeit the prize and another Participant may be selected (as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion) until such time as a participant satisfies the terms set out herein. The Organizers are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected participant to receive notification or for the Organizer to receive a selected Participants response, or the selected participants failure to pick up the prize. 

-Winners can not transfer gifts to other people, and must be able to pick up the winning item within the time period provided by the Organizers at a location announced by the organizer to the winning participants which will be a location in the city of Mississauga, Vaughan, Kleinburg or Etobicoke. 

-There are 3 ways to have a ballot entered into the contest; (1) 1 way is by sharing the giveaway post on instagram or Facebook on your personal instagram or Facebook page. The participant must comment and tag two friends as well as post the giveaway on their Instagram or Facebook story and tag @isaduzhomes. Failure to do so may result in a non-entry. (2) The second way is by being an existing or past client of Isa Duzgeren Real Estate Services. If you do not wish to participate please contact Isa Duzgeren. (3) The third way of entering is by attending the Awesome Toy Show in Mississauga October 16 (more info at www.awesometoyshow.ca) and filling out a ballot at Isa Duzgeren's booth. If a participant follows the directions of entry 1, and is also a client as stated in the second way of entering, or they have filled out a ballot at the awesome toy show, they are able to have 1 additional ballot entered into the contest up to a maximum of 3 ballot entries.  

-The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the Contest. Any remaining entries will not be carried over for entry in the next Contest or any other contest created by the Organizer.

-Your information will not be shared with any other party or individual beyond the organizers of this contest.

-The organizers are not affiliated to Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any of their affiliates, sponsors, and/or partners. 

-The organizers are not affiliated with Sony, Lenovo, Google, Mery&Mev, Emson, Cineplex or any of their affiliates, sponsors, partners or products, and do not represent their products or warrant the quality or condition of any of the prizes in any way. The Organizers and affiliates shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.

-This contest is not sponsored or endorsed by any other vendors, affiliates, corporations or individuals. It is being solely conducted by the organizer. 

-All participants agree not to slander or make negative comments, communicate false statements, harm, harass, or conduct any other unlawful act to any participant, organizer, affiliate, product, or follower connected to this contest. Participants who participate in such conduct will be blocked, have their ballots removed, forfeit their prizes, and agree to pay for all damages caused by their behavior and agree to pay for all lawyer and court fee's incurred by the organizer or victimized party.

-All participants agree to indemnify the Organizer of any wrong doing, whether it be willful or by accident. 

-Prizes may or may not come exactly as seen in images.

-Participants agree and accept to have their First name and city announced. If an announced winning participants first name and city match another, the participant who was contacted will be the winner. If a participant is not contacted by November 2nd, they can assume they were not the selected winner.  

-In the case of gift cards or gift certificates, the terms by which the gift cards or gift certificates may be redeemed are governed by the applicable retailer or service provider. The Organizer is not responsible for administering or ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the gift cards or gift certificates.

- All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or guest(s), where applicable. All prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. The winner shall not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from the Organizer or their affiliates.

-By entering this Contest, each Participant, and/or Participants parent or legal guardian, releases and holds the Organizers harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the Participant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of the Contest Rules, or in any prize-related activity. Each Participant agrees to fully indemnify the Organizer from any and all claims by any party or by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

-The Organizers assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, unintelligible/illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or any Release, or for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry. The Organizers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest. The Organizers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Organizers are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, e-mail, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing or otherwise. The Organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials related to the Contest. Participant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. The Organizers assume no responsibility or liability in the event that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Organizers, such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest and/or the Contest Website.

-The Organizer reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate any Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend a Contest, and/or the Contest Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

-This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Contest may have been promoted and/or publicized, including but not limited to Facebook and/or Instagram. Any personal information provided in connection with the Contest is being provided to the Organizer and not to Facebook and/or Instagram. Any questions or comments regarding a Contest must be directed to the Organizer and not to any of the social media platforms on which the Contest may have been advertised or administered.
